When you’re fat, or fatTER, there are quite a lot of things you miss out on or feel like you cannot do due to your size, so as inspiration I’ve come up with a list of things you can do more suitable when you are thinner! So, if you feel like quitting your weight loss scheme and you’re losing all faith, click back on this page and look at all the things you’re missing out on if you do…

WEAR A BIKINI. -I suppose this is the most obvious thing to want but for me it’s the biggest. Sure, when you’re 15206lb you could wear a bikini too, but think about how much more nicer, a sexier, and free’er and comfortable you will feel! Lounging down by the beach, the sun beating down on you as you sport a new bikini, your flat stomach catching the rays… and catching the attention of the boys ;)

GET A BELLY BUTTON PIERCING. -If you want it done that desperately and you’re not skinny, then sure by all means go ahead, but there’s no denying it simply looks better on a flatter stomach. Also, if you have that tum, you wont be as self concious which means you would be able to show off your navel  more!

SHARE CLOTHES WITH SLIM FRIENDS/SIBLINGS. -I don’t know about yours, but all of my friends are incredibly slim and gorgeous and could be models! Whenever we’re over somebody’s house getting ready for a party or whatever, they’ll all be trying on each others outfits and little skimpy dresses, taking pictures and stuff and I just sit there in my trousers and shirt unable to join in the fun because 1 of my legs wouldn’t even be able to fit in the dress! When I change this, (when YOU change this,) you’ll be able to get fashion tips off friends and swap clothes.

LAUGH IN THE FACE OF YOUR CRITICS. -Another reason you don’t want to give up. Stand tall with your chin up no matter what because you need to remember that there are people who are dying to see you fall; don’t give them what they want. Instead, shed those pounds and laugh in the face of ANYBODY who ever doubted you. To anybody who ever called you fat; every spiteful name, ever nasty comment, every stupid nudge. Do it, have the satisfaction of proving them wrong.

GO CLOTHES SHOPPING WITH FRIENDS. -Confidently. It’s happened to me loads of times where I have been shopping with friends and they’ve all picked something to try on, and I have to try to distract them while I pick the size I need, not wanting them to see. It’s bad, but sometimes I even felt that embarrassed I swapped the coat hangers, so the larger sized dress was on a coat hanger that claimed it was something smaller. Don’t let this be you… and if it is?  CHANGE IT. Lose the weight, get down to a small size and grab whatever you like off of the racks in front of anybody who wanted to look. Do it. Be that girl.

There’s SOOOO much more to do! Any suggestions, just write them as an inbox or in my ask. Help you AND help others. Love makes the world go round ;)
